This IS stressfull... and we KNOW that it's stressful...

(i) how it gets lodged in the body
(ii) how it is projected from here (our body) in the way we speak, move, relate, gesture, think, and express in ways that could give others misleading signals
(iii) how to get rid of it out of our body, our voice, our thinking, our expression so we send the right signal so others pick up a message that is more congruent and
(iv) how we need to reduce our stress and increase our personal and professional performance as a contractor.
